We strive to provide an all-inclusive environment where those experiencing crisis will feel accepted and understood.
-Provide pastoral care counseling to help those who are suffering to gain comfort and healing
-Enable people who are suffering with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, grief, domestic abuse, juvenile delinquency counseling brings about peace and learn coping skills to manage their conflict
-Provide workshops, leadership training and stress management, and counseling to promote a strong community of people
-Focus on the total person (spiritual, mental, physical & economic)
HRCIOS provides financial assistance through other state and federal agencies in the development and preservation of safe, healthy, decent, sanitary and affordable housing for low-income households through programs of renovation and building within the State of South Carolina, and no funds shall accrue or inure to the benefit of any individual member of the Board of Directors or other members of the HRCIOS, in fulfillment of the requirement that no part of a nonprofit’s net earnings (profit) may benefit any members, contributors, family members, founder, no employee, agent, consultant, Board member or officer of the HRCIOS may obtain a financial interest or benefit from its operation of any South Carolina State Housing Finance.
Service areas of counties are: Sumter, Fairfield, Kershaw, Calhoun, Orangeburg, Lexington and Richland, and after the organization receives proper recognition by the South Carolina Housing Trust Funds as a non-profit designation sponsor; HRCIOS will host a community meeting to inform the community of the services
